First sewn item of the new year.

pocket clutch

I'm still on my Keyka Lou pattern kick.  This is her pocket clutch pattern.

The rest of my craft time is taken over with folding fabric, but I hope to get back to other sewing soon.

What project did you pick to start the new year?

That clutch is to die for... think I'll be googling that pattern :-) I have just finished binding a humongous bed quilt, using a modified machine binding technique to suit myself and the need to not pin... and it worked! Woot! I should be folding washing before it takes over my house :-(

That's so cute! Love that fabric for it as well! I am making baby quilts, and I took up knitting--we'll see how that one pans out.

Me again... just wondering which of her patterns have you used so far - and which would be your favourite and why?
